The included television was a pleasant surprise, allowing me to unwind after a long day. my room was rather cramped, resembling a shoe box, with minimal natural light from its small window. An upgrade is definitely needed, as the lack of a dressing table and towel rail in the bathroom added to the discomfort.
One minor disappointment was the loose front door lock; a firm push could have easily opened it.

The shower was a nightmare-either freezing cold or scalding hot! And the room was sweltering; we barely stayed in there. It felt unsafe too, being so close to the stairs. Definitely not worth the price we paid!

The spacious room was perfect for our family of four, and the beautiful bathroom made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety and the lovely lady in the breakfast room making us feel welcome. The relaxed vibe and quiet area allowed us to unwind, and the staff, especially Richard, were friendly. The nearby attractions like the Nickelodeon Streak and Sandcastle Waterpark kept the kids entertained, making this a nice trip. I would definitely return!

The breakfast offerings could benefit from a few gluten-free options.

The location was amazin, just a 5 min walk to the pleasure beach. Loved the view from the room, could see the big one from the balcony. Richard was super friendly, so helpful with our bags too. Breakfast had a great selection and tasted fab. The dining area was always clean. The room was beautiful with nice facilities, really comfy stay overall.
the only downsides were the noise from the tv next door was a bit much while i tried to relax in the bath and the sun peeked in too early in the morning, could really use blackout curtains.

The hotel staff were friendly, making the whole experience enjoyable. Breakfast was plentiful and well-prepared, with many options, but the room, while clean, showed some signs of age, and the bathroom cleanliness could be improved.
